Fascinated by analog photography even as a teenager, I acquired the corresponding photographic skills at the beginning of the digital age. Since my retirement, the further development of fine art photography has become a major part of my life. My favorite subject to photograph – always with the necessary respect – is people in all walks of life, especially portraits. "Throughout my professional life, I've worked with people. Of course, landscapes, striking individual subjects, and objects also fascinate me, but ultimately, I'm always drawn back to people."
